Terms of trade business to business.

Only trade business to business, and all prices are without VAT.

1. When you place an order.
Once you have placed an order, our system will automatically send you an order overview via email. A binding order confirmation/invoice will be sent to you via email when the order is shipped.

2. Order cancellation.
Orders cannot be cancelled.

3. Prices.
All prices are in Euro and include 0% VAT. We reserve the right to change taxes, prices and printing errors etc. Danish companies must add Danish VAT of 25% to orders.

4. Payment.
Payment for ordered goods can be made by bank transfer.

5. Shipping and delivery.
Your order must be paid 100% and the amount must be in our account before pick-up. Expected delivery time is 2-14 working days for products that are in stock. For orders of goods that are not in stock, the delivery time is up to 3 months unless otherwise agreed. When ordering goods, payment will be on the day of the order. There is no right of withdrawal on ordered goods, as these are products that we import or produce directly for the order. Ordered goods must be picked up at Kajakimport within 14 days after they have been notified ready for delivery, otherwise a storage fee will be charged, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Transport damage.
It is very important that you check that the goods are not damaged upon delivery. By signing for receipt, you also acknowledge that the goods were free from defects and shortcomings, and our insurance will thereby be invalidated.

7. Reservations and disclaimer.
We reserve the right for any changes in taxes, prices and printing errors, technical errors, sold out goods and force majeure, including labor disputes.

8. Privacy Policy.
The Business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The Business will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. The Business will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.

9. You must be 18 years or over to shop on the Website.
